Bickering, what is, and what can be done to stop it??

First let us define it and related words:  <BR> <BR>bicker <BR>to engage in a petulant or petty quarrel <BR> <BR>petulant  <BR>1 : insolent or rude in speech or behavior  <BR>2 : characterized by temporary or capricious ill humor  <BR> <BR>peevish  <BR>1 : querulous in temperament or mood  <BR>2 : perversely obstinate  <BR>3 : marked by ill temper  <BR> <BR> <BR>insolent <BR>1 : insultingly contemptuous in speech or conduct <BR>2 : exhibiting boldness or effrontery  <BR> <BR>overbearing  <BR>1 a: tending to overwhelm : :  <BR>2: harshly and haughtily arrogant <BR> <BR>impudent <BR>marked by contemptuous or cocky boldness or disregard of others  <BR> <BR>Hey, men and women of good spirit, we should be able to stop this, eh <BR> <BR>Let&#39;s see a show of hands!!!
