Obama's First Physical - Stop smoking

Obama is said by this article to be "tetchy" whenever asked about his dirty habit. Anybody want to guess what "tetchy" means.

Oh, and "The doctors also recommended "moderation of alcohol intake." Wonder if that will make the "Beer Summits"  "Pepsi Summits" instead.
